If you observe a student engaging in a behavior that is a possible violation of the Student Code of Conduct, please use our online incident report form. The office will then determine if the information warrants student conduct charges. We also provide sample academic integrity statements for syllabi. Please feel free to contact us at osrr@ecu.edu or 252-328-6824 if you would like discuss a student’s behavior, or you want to know about options & resources.

How do I become involved with Student Conduct?

You can become involved in the conduct process by serving as the staff/faculty hearing administrator on a Formal Hearing Panel. The staff/faculty member works with other members toward resolution of alleged violations of the Code; if applicable, the hearing administrator will assist in determining sanctions that are educational and appropriate to the incident. Training is generally held once or twice a year.
